Carry-In Service Plan
FrameRate's Service Programs provide access to Factory Authorized Service Centers. By obtaining service from an Authorized Service Center, customers are guaranteed to get back an operating system running as it was intended.
Carry-In Service provides repair or exchange services on equipment that is delivered to FrameRate’s Service Center. Carry-In Service is provided as part of the initial FrameRate Equipment Limited Warranty and is fee-based thereafter. Carry-In Service is provided only at a FrameRate Authorized Service Center and does not cover On-Site Service or provide for Loaner Equipment.
Labor charges not covered under FrameRate’s Equipment Limited Warranty or Extended Warranty are billed at the following rates:

NOTES:
"Contract Rates" are rates charged for any billable work done on equipment covered under a Service Agreement or Equipment Limited Warranty. Refer to Services Excluded in the Service Agreement or to the Warranty.
"Non-Contract Rates" are rates charged for all work done on equipment not covered under a Service Agreement.
FrameRate is not obligated to provide specific employees requested by the Customer.
Minimum Carry-In Billable Hours: 1 hour
Extended Warranty Carry-In Service is available on a subscription basis and provides for carry-in repair or replacement of Covered Equipment after the initial FrameRate Equipment Limited Warranty period. Both labor and parts are conditionally covered under this plan. This plan does not include Help Desk Support or the Technology Assurance Program.
