Provides nation-wide toll-free telephone access to FrameRate’s Customer Technical Support Center. |

Provides Web-based Data Services and Remote Channel Management, Toll-Free Tech Support, After business hours emergency Tech Support, email support, Service Gateway access and software update's as released. |

FrameRate's Service Programs provide access to Factory Authorized Service Centers. Carry-In Service provides repair or exchange services on equipment that is delivered to FrameRate’s Service Center. Carry-In Service is provided as part of the initial FrameRate Equipment Limited Warranty and is fee-based thereafter. |

On-Site Service provides on-site repair or replacement of equipment by an Authorized FrameRate Service Representative. |
