TAP (Technology Assurance Program) includes Web-based Data Services and Remote Channel Management, Toll-Free Tech Support, After business hours emergency Tech Support, email support, Service Gateway access and software update's as released.

The plan includes the following key elements:

  • Software Version Upgrades as released (at customer request).

  • Toll-Free Tech Support during regular business hours.

  • Remote diagnostic services in the event of trouble that cannot be readily resolved with Tech Support (available during regular business hours and requires remote desktop access)

  • Email Support.

  • E-mail notification of new products, product upgrades and web-site updates.

  • Referral services for support on third-party software/hardware.

  • Access to the Service Gateway on FrameRate’s website. From this site, subscribers can obtain the following services:

  • Download service pack updates to current software and related resource materials.

  • Download hundreds of NTSC formatted media files such as background templates as released (provided in the jpeg format).

The Technology Assurance Program (TAP) is included in the original equipment purchase price during the initial FrameRate 90 Day Limited Software Performance Warranty period.
